About the Property Law Blog

This blog provides a forum for discussion and debate about property law. We welcome submissions relating to property theory, land law, trusts, equity, personal property law, charity law, landlord and tenant law, and housing law more generally. Posts can take the form of op-ed pieces, reports on new research, analysis, or comment on legal issues and policy developments.

To contribute, please read our guidelines and contact both of our editors: aruna.nair@law.ox.ac.uk; julius.grower@law.ox.ac.uk. Please do not email them separately.

Please note that the word limit of 1500 words per post is strictly enforced and shorter posts are welcome.

Please also note that we do not usually accept submissions from undergraduate law students.

The editorial board does not endorse the content of Property Law blog posts. Any view expressed in a Property Law blog post should be attributed only to its author.
