On 10 October 2024 (13:45 - 18:00) at Harris Manchester College, academics and practitioners will meet to discuss themes from the book Board Shareholder Dialogue Policy Debate Legal Constraints and Best Practices, edited by Luca Enriques and Giovanni Strampelli, Cambridge University Press.
