Police Foundation Conference

Ian Loader delivered the opening address at this year’s annual conference of the Police Foundation, which took place at the BT Centre in London on 9^th October. He spoke on the topic of ‘Why community engagement matters’ to an audience of around 200 police officers, policy-makers and Police Commissioner candidates.
