ICYMI–Report of the Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law (CERIL)

The Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law (CERIL) published a report on ‘Cross-border Restructuring and Insolvency post-Brexit’ on 12 December 2018.

The report highlights the relationship between the EU and the UK after Brexit, and considers solutions on how to fill the regulatory gap that will be left if the Recast European Insolvency Regulation ceases to apply after Brexit.

CERIL is an independent non-profit organisation of approximately lawyers and other restructuring and insolvency practitioners, law professors and (insolvency) judges committed to the improvement of restructuring and insolvency laws and practices in the European Union and in its Member States and their operation.
