'Bank Resolution Regimes: What Next?' is a one-day conference that examines the new bank resolution regime under the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive and the new requirements that banks have to meet.

Speakers from the European Commission, the European Banking Authority and the Bank of England, joined by practitioners and academics, will discuss important aspects of the new regime, such as triggers for bail-in, total loss absorbing capacity, exercise of powers by authorities to mitigate impediments to resolution etc. The event is held at UCL on 9 November 2016.
