About us
Our blog disseminates original research from around the world, first-hand accounts of border control, legal analysis and book reviews. Posts are viewed, on average, 2,000 times per month, by users from more than 170 countries, with a particular concentration from the US, UK, Italy, India and the Netherlands.
The blog is managed by Melissa Pawson, who is assisted by an editorial board, comprised of Border Criminologies' Associate Directors and academics from across the world. Nayera El Bar is the Book Reviews editor. The blog is part of the Border Criminologies network. The network regularly hosts in-person and online events – sign up to our monthly newsletter to keep up to date.
