The Step Up Program in Seattle

In July Rachel Condry visited the Step Up Program in Seattle which has been working with teen violence towards parents for fifteen years. Step Up is run by Greg Routt and Lily Anderson who are both very knowledgeable about the problem of APV and how to address it. Step Up is integrated into the youth justice system and acts as a diversion for young people. Rachel spent time with Greg and Lily and observed Step Up groups, court hearings, and other work with families and spoke to victim supporters and judges.
