The OUCLJ is pleased to announce the publication of its second issue of 2018. Its articles, as always, span several jurisdictions; this issue includes what we believe to be our first ever publication on the law of Papua New Guinea.
The articles appearing in issue 18(2) are:
- Jessica C Lai, 'Exclusive rights of patent owners versus rights of chattel owners: the implied licence approach'
- Jennifer Corrin, 'Administrative law and customary law in Papua New Guinea'
And the issue includes the following two case notes:
- Philip Devenish, 'Enforcement in England and Wales of arbitral awards set aside in their country of origin'
- Josias Senu & Mahmoud Serewel, 'Between a rock and a hard place: no oral modification clauses after Rock Advertising v MWB'
Joshua Pike, who worked on issue 18(2) primarily as an Associate Editor, has since been promoted to the Editorial Board.
