In this Consumer Rights Beyond Boundaries Blog piece (in Chinese), Dr Ying Yu offers practical consumer advice to overseas students in the USA whose flights have been cancelled by the airline due to COVID-19, including on how to make a compensation claim for a full refund.

Dr Yu is Research Fellow of Law, Justice and Society at the University Oxford. She leads the 'Best Practices of Consumer Redress' project in UNCTAD's Research Partnerships Platform and the Consumer Rights Beyond Boundaries (CRBB) programme.
